MH Jeeves originally studied architecture before deciding not to inflict her notions of the built environment on the world; instead she decided to apply her witty sense of humour to pursue a career as an illustrator and cartoonist, following further study at both the Cambridge School of Arts and Technology and Saint Martin’s School of Art. Since then she has gone on to work in publishing, advertising and design, and is happy to be using her pen to earn a respectable living. She aims simply to amuse.
